| The Western Ridge is an indie-folk band from Minneapolis. The project was started by singer/songwriter Patrick Tierney in 2008, who had been playing in the twin cities for over a decade in numerous bands and as a solo act. He invited singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Adrienne Vaughn and drummer/brother Chris Tierney to join him. The group quickly began writing music together, with Patrick or Adrienne bringing in an idea and the others helping to flesh it out and refine it. |
